May God bless Leah at Kruser's Mobile Services!! She took the time out her busy day to list names of people who may be able to change the brakes immediately on our motorhome as we were only in town on the way to Minnesota for heart surgery!! She would have helped, but only had one mechanic in the shop as the others were on the road. We highly recommend this business and thank her for her time!

So why only 3 stars? If my rating was based only on the people I would absolutely give a 5, no hesitation. However, after six billable hours @ $155/hr 1) unneeded MAP sensor @ $145 + misc fees for a total of $1130 and I still had a truck that was no better off than when I called them. In my humble opinion, it’s one thing to charge a bunch when you fix something but it’s quite another thing when you charge a lot and it’s no better off than when you started. Don’t get me wrong, they tried, but I don’t believe you should charge full price if you don’t provide a full repair. Basically they got to learn at my expense. The sad thing is I solved my problem with two cans of Purple Fuel cleaner and three attempts of DPF Regeneration until it succeeded. $14 + towing.

From scheduling to the services, Leah and her team were absolutely fantastic!! We took our vehicle in for a simple concern but during their initial examination they found a serious issue and immediately notified us and sent us pictures. Definitely found our go-to mechanic

Absolutely love these guys! So grateful we found them and they were able to get my husband's vehicle tuned up before a long work drive and found a large issue we were unaware of! I appreciated the pictures and thorough explanation during the diagnostic phase and the extensive updates throughout the repairs and the speed! Blown away all around! Thank you!

The most genuine and thorough auto/trailer mechanic I have ever dealt with. These guys truly care about safety and have a passion for what they do. Have taken my Kia to them for many issues (sometimes troubleshooting) over the years and they always sort it out honestly and efficiently.
